2869 closed sales, 64 days on market, average list price $263,264, average sale price $259,728
 
In many neighborhoods we’re seeing multiple offers. We’re seeing a short marketing window where owners solicit multiple offers and then decide which offer that they will take. In some instances a written narrative of the buyer’s worthiness along with high earnest and due diligence money are the factors driving the sale.
